1: Drain the dates, peel off the pits, put them in a steamer and steam for about 15 minutes. Put the steamed dates into the wall breaker, add the appropriate amount of water, and beat into a date paste.
2: Put the beaten date paste into a non-stick pan, add xylitol, add corn oil three times, and fry over low heat to form a date paste filling
3: Let the sautéed date paste be left to cool and divide into 20g balls
4: Prepare water and oil skin (50g of high gluten flour, 50g of low gluten flour, 20g of xylitol, 45g of water, 10g of egg mixture, 10g of lard), and knead all the ingredients of the flour into a dough
5: Prepare the puff pastry (80g of flour, 50g of lard), mix the flour and lard and knead well

12: Place the finished date paste in a baking dish and arrange it neatly. Dot the date paste with a little egg yolk liquid in the middle and garnish with a little black sesame seeds. Oven at 170 degrees, medium heat, about 20 minutes.
