The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blizzard yellow warning at 10 o'clock on January 28:

It is expected that from 14:00 on January 28 to 14:00 on January 29, there will be heavy snowfall in parts of southern Anhui, eastern and southern Hubei, north-central and northern Hunan, northern Jiangxi, northern Zhejiang, southeastern Chongqing, and northeastern Guizhou, among which there will be heavy snowfall in parts of southern Anhui, southern Hubei, northeastern Hunan, northern Jiangxi, and northwestern Zhejiang. In some of the above areas, the depth of snow has increased by 4 to 8 centimeters, and the local area can reach more than 12 centimeters.
