After the matter fermented, Xiaopeng Automobile officially responded urgently, saying that the company apologized for the adverse impact of the misconduct of individual stores on the public.
The official platform said that after investigation, on the morning of February 27, the XXX store in Kunming, Yunnan Province, held an activity with feudal superstitions without authorization after the new store was relocated. Its behavior runs counter to Xiaopeng Automobile's corporate philosophy of "innate intelligence, exploration is not stopped", which affects public order and good customs.
At present, the company has ordered the store to immediately close for rectification and remove it from the official website.
