Archaeologists immediately came to the site to conduct excavation research after learning about this matter, and sure enough, they found that there was a large ancient tomb in this place. Because the tomb has been blown up to destroy part of it before, for the sake of the cultural relics in the tomb, experts have carried out a rescue excavation of the tomb. In order to study the tomb, the experts wasted a lot of effort to clean up the charcoal that had been blown up by the army, but when they entered the tomb, the water had already flooded the tomb halfway, and in order to deal with the water, the experts had to use a pump to pump all the water away.
After a long period of preparation, experts were finally able to enter the ancient tomb for archaeology, and experts unearthed many precious cultural relics from the tomb, of which 8 were identified as national treasure-level cultural relics. The most precious of these cultural relics is the treasure of the mainland town and country, "Zeng Hou Yi Chimes". In fact, excavated from the tomb of Marquis Yi zeng, not only is the treasure of the town chime, but also a "golden bowl", the bowl unearthed from the female middle school is called "ZuoWen Golden Bowl", which weighs 4.2 kilograms, which is the largest pre-Qin gold vessel that has been found in the mainland. The appearance of this golden bowl made the experts very excited, and its appearance proved to us that in the Warring States period, the iron smelting technology of the mainland was already very advanced. It can be said that it is comparable to the bronzes of the period.
The shape of this "cloud pattern gold bowl" is also very unique, with three phoenix-shaped short feet, two symmetrical ring ears on the abdomen, a round gripper on the top of the lid, and a colander in the bowl. This is called cultural relics as soon as they appear, they are regarded as key cultural relics for protection, and now they are hidden in museums in Hubei Province and are listed as national first-class cultural relics.
Experts have also said that the emergence of this "cloud-patterned golden bowl" is a symbol of our country's history, a very important discovery, and a great value in the mainland from both historical and artistic points of view. In order to show the value of this cultural relic, experts also valued the "cloud pattern golden bowl", and experts found that the price of this 4.2-kilogram Warring States cultural relics was as high as 300 million yuan!
