China Natural Oxygen Bar is one of the first batch of brands of the National Climate Emblem of China Meteorological Administration, and the transformation of ecological product value by excavating high-quality eco-tourism climate resources is an innovative measure to implement the national ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization strategy and implement the State Council's establishment and improvement of the ecological product value realization mechanism. In 2018, it was written into the Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Development of Global Tourism, and in 2020, it was included in the second batch of national demonstration activities to retain the catalogue.
The Public Meteorological Service Center of the China Meteorological Administration plans to award the title of "China Natural Oxygen Bar" to 56 regions in the country in 2021, with 4 counties (cities) in Fujian on the list, and Anxi County among them, which is the only county (city, district) in Quanzhou.
Anxi County is rich in forest resources, with a forest coverage rate of 65.77% and a vegetation coverage rate of 86%. As the source of the Jinjiang West Stream, the main rivers in the territory are the Jinjiang West Stream and the JiulongJiang Beixi, with a total basin area of 3652 square kilometers, the per capita water resources of the county are 4209 cubic meters, and the water quality compliance rate is 100%. The climate is mild and humid, comfortable and pleasant, with an average annual relative humidity of 74.5%, an average annual wind speed of 1.51 m/s, and an average annual sunshine hour of 1675 hours. The average annual comfort level is 3, and the climate comfort months of the living environment are up to 6 months. It has four distinct seasons, winter cold shelter, oxygen-rich health and other health climate resources. There are two negative oxygen ion monitoring stations in Yunling Tea Manor Station and Yunzhongshan Station. The average annual negative oxygen ion content is more than 2000 /cm3. In 2020, the ambient air quality compliance rate in anxi county was 98.1%, ranking the forefront of Quanzhou City.
The brand logo of "China Natural Oxygen Bar" is confirmed and released by the China Meteorological Administration, and the ownership belongs to the China Meteorological Administration and is protected by law. As an appraised area, relevant enterprises in the jurisdiction of Anxi County can apply to use the "China Natural Oxygen Bar" logo.

Administrative Provisions (Trial Implementation)
1. In order to actively publicize, promote and standardize the use of the "China Natural Oxygen Bar" brand logo and promote the development of Anxi eco-tourism and green economy, these Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Provisions of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Implementation of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China (Decree No. 651 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China) and other laws and regulations, combined with the actual conditions of our county.
Second, the "China Natural Oxygen Bar" brand logo pattern is based on the Chinese natural oxygen bar Chinese, English as the ring, the middle of the blue sky, green mountains, forests and rivers as the basic composition elements to form the core pattern (see Annex 1 for details).
3. The brand logo of "China Natural Oxygen Bar" is confirmed and released by the China Meteorological Administration, and the ownership belongs to the China Meteorological Administration and is protected by law. Anxi County, as an rated area, may use the logo within a reasonable range. Any unit, organization or individual using the "China Natural Oxygen Bar" brand logo shall comply with these Regulations.
4. All party and government organs, enterprises, public institutions, and people's organizations throughout the county may, in accordance with these Provisions, use the "China Natural Oxygen Bar" brand logo in major activities, urban publicity, service windows, public buildings, public facilities, honor and credit, public service systems, foreign exchanges, and other fields in major activities, urban publicity, service windows, and other fields. Encourage enterprises or individuals to use the "China Natural Oxygen Bar" brand logo in accordance with the law.
5. The Anxi County Meteorological Bureau is entrusted by the Anxi County People's Government to be the management department of the "China Natural Oxygen Bar" brand logo and manages the use of the "China Natural Oxygen Bar" brand logo. Units, organizations and individuals that need to be used can contact the Anxi County Meteorological Bureau to obtain it.
6. The use of the "China Natural Oxygen Bar" brand logo should be filed with the Anxi County Meteorological Bureau, and the "China Natural Oxygen Bar" Brand Logo Use Filing Form (see Annex 2 for details) should be filled in when filing, and can only be used after filing.
7. When any unit, organization or individual uses the "China Natural Oxygen Bar" brand logo, it shall be used in accordance with the requirements of the specification and complete use, and the details and typesetting structure between the elements of the brand logo shall not be changed without authorization, and the isolation area shall not be encroached upon or the special effect shall not be defaced, faded, or obstructed by the carrier or the irregular proportion and color display. "Fujian Anxi" can be added below or above the entire brand logo to highlight the local characteristics.
8. When displaying the "China Natural Oxygen Bar" brand logo together with the use unit logo and activity logo, the "China Natural Oxygen Bar" brand logo should be placed in a more prominent and priority position.
9. For infringement of the intellectual property rights of the brand logo of "China Natural Oxygen Bar", the infringer will be investigated for legal liability in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations on intellectual property rights.
10. The Meteorological Bureau of Anxi County shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Regulations.
11. These Provisions shall come into force on the date of issuance and shall be valid for two years.

Application Instructions:
1. "Applicant" is the unit or organization that applies to use the brand logo of "China Natural Oxygen Bar". Fill in the name of the unit or organization in the "Applicant" column. Application forms or copies filled in with pencil are not valid.
2. The "contact person" is the manager of the application for the use of the brand logo of "China Natural Oxygen Bar".
3. "Correspondence Address and Email Address" is the address, zip code and email address of the applicant's domicile.
4. In the column of the "China Natural Oxygen Bar" brand logo use instructions, the applicant shall truthfully fill in the use plan and the scope of use, and attach the color draft of the use plan design.
5. The applicant should provide two copies of the "Record for the Use of the Brand Logo of "China Natural Oxygen Bar"" in duplicate, as well as a copy of the copy of the applicant's legal person business license or legal person qualification certificate and affix the applicant's official seal.
