According to statistics, the average domestic car sales in the first quarter were 12,510 units (the average monthly sales volume was about 4,170 units), and a total of 58 of these 207 models exceeded the average, becoming the hot-selling cars in the first quarter. Among them, there are 35 models that perform better than the average domestic car complaint sales ratio of 32.9 per 10,000 in the first quarter, which has a good reputation foundation in the domestic hot-selling cars, and the product quality stability performance is better than that of other domestic car models.

Judging from the changes in the sales volume of car complaints in each quarter in the past year, the number of complaints about cars (except imported cars) in the first quarter has dropped significantly, down 27.8% from the fourth quarter of 2021, ending the previous "three consecutive increases". However, compared with the same period last year, the number of complaints in the first quarter still maintained positive growth, up 23.7% from the first quarter of 2021. In line with the trend of complaints, the sales volume of cars in the first quarter showed a trend of soaring and falling, down 14.6% from the fourth quarter of 2021. But overall, sales in the first quarter are still significantly higher than in the first three quarters of 2021.

Jetta VA3 made a strong comeback this quarter, not only rising to fourth place, but also significantly lower than the previous quarter, with remarkable performance. It is worth mentioning that the Guangqi Honda-type Gege, which was listed at the end of 2021, ranked in the top five of the list for the first time this quarter, becoming a model for Japanese brand models in the list, and the short-term complaint sales ratio performance is worth affirming.

In contrast, a total of 6 models in the list of luxury brand models were shortlisted, which was the same as the previous quarter. Among them, Mercedes-Benz and Audi brands each have 2 models selected for the list, and Cadillac still has 1 model selected. Somewhat surprisingly, no BMW brand models were on the list this quarter. Overall, except for the Hongqi H5, the complaint sales ratio of the rest of the luxury brand models on the list has improved compared with the fourth quarter of 2021, especially the Cadillac CT5, which not only has greatly improved its ranking, but also made significant progress in word-of-mouth performance. Beijing Benz E-Class is still the leader of luxury brand models in this quarter's list, ranking in the top ten of the list, and the complaint sales ratio has also improved significantly compared with the previous quarter.
