At the beginning of 2023, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau took the lead in formulating the ten special actions for promoting employment in the district, firmly consolidating the foundation for stabilizing jobs and promoting employment, and researched and issued a new round of "Implementation Measures for Employment Promotion Subsidies in Changning District", continuously increasing the efforts to warm talents and benefiting enterprises, and building a supply and demand platform for regional key enterprises and workers. By the end of 2023, 86 online and offline recruitment activities have been held, and 83,766 jobs have been created for 3,097 companies.

Not only that, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau also took the initiative to send services to the building enterprises in the district, took the lead in exploring and carrying out the special action of "Human Resources and Social Security Services into Buildings" in the city, and established a "Building Two" team of the Human Resources and Social Security, focusing on 33 key buildings in the region, and providing a full range of human resources and social security services for building enterprises. Up to now, it has answered more than 800 questions in the field of human resources and social security such as employment training, talent services, labor relations, and social security for building enterprises. In order to promote college graduates to achieve higher quality and fuller employment, and help building enterprises gather outstanding talents, the city's first "building gate" college graduate job fair held in Raffles City Changning in August 2023 attracted the attention of a large number of college graduates and the participation of building enterprises. By the end of the year, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau had carried out 30 "building gate" job fairs, and launched more than 470 building enterprises to launch 10,800 recruitment positions through online and offline forms.

In 2023, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will explore and implement the recruitment activities for college graduates in the Yangtze River Delta, and radiate the service radius to more than 100 colleges and universities in the Yangtze River Delta through the three dual linkages of "Changning + Yangtze River Delta", "Online + Offline" and "Industry + Employment", and participated in hosting the city's first super-large on-site job fair in the Yangtze River Delta in 2023. During the recruitment activity, more than 23,000 jobs from nearly 1,000 companies were pushed to college graduates in the Yangtze River Delta, and more than 82,000 resumes were received.

There are four colleges and universities in Changning District, and according to the characteristics of the universities, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau implements "one school, one policy" to accurately match collegegraduates with professional-related jobs. The District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau held a special job fair for law-related majors at East China University of Political Science and Law, inviting well-known law firms such as King & Wood Mallesons and Haihua Yongtai, and received more than 400 resumes; in Donghua University, it provided more than 1,500 jobs for graduates in fashion and creativity; at Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, it provided more than 1,200 jobs focusing on finance, trade and other industries; and at Shanghai University of Engineering Science, it provided more than 900 jobs for digital enterprises such as information services and artificial intelligence.

Up to now, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, together with the towns, has built 15 community employment service stations, realizing the full coverage of 10 towns in the district; at the same time, guiding the towns to fully tap employment resources, creating a characteristic brand of "one street and one special" employment service according to local conditions, expanding the coverage of employment services, and carrying out the special action of "human resources and social security services into buildings" as the traction, not only building "doorstep" employment service stations, but also building "building door" employment service stations to help enterprises develop and promote employment.
