On April 26, under the guidance of the Society of Automotive Engineers of China, the "Seminar on the Development Industrial Path of the Vehicle-Road-Cloud Integration Demonstration Zone" was successfully held in the Western (Chongqing) Science City, sponsored by the Intelligent Connected Vehicle Innovation Center of the Western Science City, co-organized by the Western Vehicle Network (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., and with China Mobile Communications Group Chongqing Co., Ltd. as the only cooperative unit.
Core personnel and key enterprises from 20 demonstration zones across the country gathered together to systematically summarize the pain points and difficulties in the construction of vehicle-road-cloud integration in demonstration zones and pilot areas, as well as successful cases of commercialization, so as to fully support the pilot work of "vehicle-road-cloud integration" application.

At the event, Western Vehicle Network (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Western Vehicle Network) and Chongqing Changan Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Vehicle Connected Technology) signed a cooperation agreement on network empowerment.
According to the agreement, the Western Vehicle Network and the Internet of Vehicles Technology will reach a preliminary consensus on the cooperation of the project of the Western (Chongqing) Science City Intelligent Connected Vehicle Demonstration Zone, and plan to jointly explore the system architecture design and application of the "vehicle-road-cloud integration" of intelligent networked vehicles.
At the same time, based on the product technology planning with Changan Automobile, the two parties will focus on the demonstration area and Changan Automobile's various product network empowerment exploration, including L2, L3, Large-scale road testing and commercial operation exploration of L4 intelligent driving products at all levels, in order to form a vehicle-road coordination technical standard and test and evaluation system, improve road traffic safety assurance capabilities, promote large-scale demonstration applications and new business model exploration, and put 68 self-driving taxis in the Science City Intelligent Connected Vehicle Demonstration Zone project. Citizens in the Science Valley area provide services to allow citizens to experience autonomous driving services up close.

It is worth mentioning that at the event, Western Car Network also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Western Automobile Technology and Western Zhilian Qingyan Information Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. The three parties will take the market as the link and major projects as the carrier to realize the sharing of technical resources and complementary advantages of enterprises, universities and parks, and form an industrial talent alliance mechanism with appeal, influence and sustainable operation.
"In the future, the alliance will aim to promote the development of the intelligent networked talent chain, industrial chain, innovation chain and education chain, expand the alliance members in a timely manner, and build a world-class intelligent networked automobile industry cluster and talent peak highland by building an open industrial platform, building an intelligent networked industry talent pool and talent training base, integrating industrial chain resources, multi-party participation and collaborative promotion. The relevant person in charge of the western car network said.
As one of the three leading industrial clusters of the "33618" modern manufacturing cluster system, the intelligent networked automobile industry is a new track for the key development of Science City.
At present, with the improvement of the industrial chain, Science City is actively promoting the implementation of the "China Plan" for vehicle-road-cloud integration, and has invested nearly 600 million yuan to build an intelligent networked vehicle demonstration area covering more than 200 kilometers of urban roads within the Science City.
At present, the demonstration area has built the country's leading cloud control infrastructure platform, created 9 ecological co-built network application platforms, and built nearly 50 kilometers of urban intelligent roads with continuous coverage of perception.
