Xinjiang Corps Military Reclamation Museum

The Xinjiang Corps Military Reclamation Museum is the only national second-level museum in the country that focuses on the history of the New China Reclamation and Frontier Revolution, and is a window to understand Xinjiang and the XPCC. In 2004, on the basis of the Shihezi Military Reclamation Museum, the "First Building of Military Reclamation", a municipal cultural relics protection unit in Shihezi City, was renovated and expanded into the Xinjiang Corps Military Reclamation Museum.

The museum is a national patriotism education demonstration base and a national 4A-level tourist attraction, with a total construction area of 9,703 square meters, a collection of more than 5,000 pieces of various cultural relics, and more than 4,000 pieces of military cultural relics, of which 29 pieces of military cultural relics are listed as national first-class precious revolutionary cultural relics, and 3 pieces are listed as national first-class historical relics.

Veteran's Spirit Exhibition Hall

The Veterans Spirit Exhibition Hall (formerly the Chinese People's Liberation Army Marching into Hotan Memorial Hall) was built in 1999 and expanded in 2013, with an exhibition area of 2544.45 square meters and more than 1,000 cultural relics in the collection.

The memorial hall integrates modern multimedia technology in the form of picture display, physical display, video playback, etc., and vividly reproduces the historical picture of Shahai veterans crossing the desert, marching to Hotan, and building a regimental field in many aspects.

359th Brigade Tunken Memorial Hall

The 359th Brigade Tunken Memorial Hall is located in the city of Alar of the 1st Division. The memorial hall covers an area of 35,000 square meters, with an exhibition area of 7,000 square meters, more than 11,200 pieces of collections, 9,500 pieces (sets) of cultural relics, and 1,188 pieces (sets) of cultural relics on display.

The memorial hall continues to build the XPCC's red tourism boutique project to attract more high-quality tourists and spread the spirit of the XPCC far and wide.

General's Memorial

The Sixth Division Wujiaqu General Memorial Hall is located in the middle of the Changzheng Road of Wujiaqu, covering an area of 15,000 square meters, with a construction area of 5,650 square meters, an exhibition hall area of 4,000 square meters, a collection of more than 3,500 cultural relics, and more than 4,500 precious historical photos. The exhibition hall is composed of six exhibition parts of the prologue hall and the exhibition hall. There is a 3-meter-high, 13-meter-long main sculpture in the preface hall, called "Army Reclamation Soul". The main carving embodies the glorious history of the Sixth Division and the spiritual and cultural connotations such as the spirit of the bright sword and the culture of the general.

Sun Longzhen Tun Reclamation Border Exhibition Hall

Located in the 11th Company of the 161st Regiment of the Ninth Division, the Sun Longzhen Tun Reclamation Border Exhibition Hall was built in 2003 and was formerly known as the "Sun Longzhen Militia Class Exhibition Room", which was built to commemorate the martyr Sun Longzhen who died bravely to defend the sacred dignity and territorial integrity of the motherland.

In 2004, the exhibition hall was identified as the first batch of patriotic education bases of the XPCC. In 2014, the 161st regiment repaired and expanded the venue again, and the entire education base was divided into three major areas, namely the Sun Longzhen Tun Reclamation Border Exhibition Hall, the Sun Longzhen Military Reclamation Martyrs Cemetery, and the former residence of the Sun Longzhen martyrs, which now collects more than 500 pieces (pieces) of Sun Longzhen's martyr relics and various physical objects, pictures, and text materials since the establishment of the regiment, and exhibits more than 200 pieces (pieces) of historical objects and 2 real scenes.

1st Company of the Northwest Frontier

Starting from the 186th Regiment of the 10th Division and heading north, we arrived at the 185th Regiment of the 10th Division, and the first company of the regiment is a first-line border company stationed at the northwestern tip of the motherland's territory, and is known as the "First Company of the Northwest Frontier." Walking into the first company, visitors will see two eye-catching stone tablets, one is engraved with "My family lives at the end of the road, the boundary monument is behind the house, crops are planted on the edge of the boundary river, and cattle and sheep are grazing by the border line", and the other is engraved with "the continuous cutting of the national situation, the unstoppable corps people, the unbreakable border defense line, and the indestructible army reclamation soul", which is a vivid portrayal of the feelings of the corps people and the country.

This landmark is not only a monument to the territory of the motherland, but also a silent biography, telling the loyal and persevering of the Corps members from generation to generation.
