Flood fighting and rescue were dispatched urgently

On June 3, affected by heavy rainfall, there were different degrees of landslides and flooded roads in many places in Hechi City, which seriously affected the travel safety of the masses.

At about 9 o'clock on the same day, the upper slope collapsed on the Macun section of the National Highway 243 in Bala Township, Tian'e County, Hechi City, with a collapse of about 1,500 cubic meters, and the entire road surface was occupied, and the roadbed pavement and crash wall were damaged. After receiving the report, Tian'e Highway Maintenance Center quickly organized rescue personnel and mechanical forces to rush to the scene, set up safety warning signs and signs, and arranged special personnel to maintain on-site traffic order. At present, the relevant rescue work is being carried out in an intense and orderly manner. Passing vehicle detour routes in the direction of Tian'e County and Bala Township: G243 line K1307+500 ⇌ Y506 line ⇌ S303 line ⇌ G243 line K1303+800.

At 11 o'clock on the same day, the upper slope collapsed in the section of Luoyi Village, Xialao Township, Tian'e County, Hechi City, Provincial Highway 303, with a collapse volume of about 1,300 cubic meters, and the entire road surface was occupied. Due to the cracking of the upper slope and the instability of the soil structure, the construction team could not immediately enter the site for repair. After receiving the report, Tian'e Highway Maintenance Center immediately organized personnel and mobilized mechanical forces to rush to the scene to deal with it, and the relevant rescue work is being carried out in an intense and orderly manner. Detour route for vehicles in the direction of Tian'e County and Xialaoxiang: S303 line K452+200 ⇌ Nantian Expressway ⇌ S303 line K499+200.

After receiving the danger report, the Beiliu Highway Maintenance Center responded quickly and immediately organized a number of emergency rescue teams to go to the scene to carry out rescue work. After the rescue personnel arrived at the scene, they quickly placed safety warning signs, safety cones, etc., and mobilized nearby rescue machinery and equipment to carry out the cleanup of landslides and fallen road trees. Rescue personnel use chain saws and other tools to cut, decompose and transport fallen road trees to the open area on the side of the road, use forklifts, excavators, maintenance engineering vehicles and other excavation and transportation of collapsed soil, dredge ditches and other drainage facilities, to ensure smooth road drainage.

After two hours of continuous fighting, the landslide and fallen road trees were cleared at 4 a.m. that day, and the road resumed normal traffic. A total of 710 cubic meters of landslides and 20 lodging trees were cleared in the maintenance center.

The Lingyun Highway Maintenance Center organized mechanical forces to clean up the landslide.

After receiving the report, the Lingyun Highway Maintenance Center quickly organized an emergency rescue team to rush to the scene, and set up obvious signs and signs at both ends of the collapsed road section as soon as possible to divert the traffic at the scene and guide the stranded vehicles to temporarily detour. At the same time, the on-site disaster situation was investigated and analyzed, and it was found that due to the continuous rainfall and the instability of the mountain slope, there were large potential safety hazards, which affected the speed of rush clearance to a certain extent. The maintenance center quickly reported the research and judgment information of traffic interruption to the superior department, and according to the on-site situation, commanded the emergency machinery to carry out the obstacle removal work in an orderly manner.

Rescue personnel from Longlin Highway Maintenance Center used an excavator to clean up the debris flow on the road.

After receiving the danger report, the maintenance center immediately organized a rescue team and dispatched emergency machinery to rush to the scene to carry out road rush work. After arriving at the scene, the rescue personnel quickly set up safety warning signs and conical barrels at both ends of the landslide and debris flow section to remind the drivers and passengers to pay attention to safety, and at the same time pay close attention to the mountain situation to prevent secondary disasters. Excavators, forklifts and other large machinery are then used to clear the mudslide and cut and move fallen road trees. After more than 5 hours of continuous fighting, at 16 o'clock on the same day, the blocked road section was fully restored to traffic.
