In order to further purify the surrounding environment of the campus and protect the healthy growth of minors, recently, the Changyi Municipal People's Procuratorate opened the "juvenile prosecution + public interest litigation supervision" model, took the initiative to perform its duties, and promoted the Changyi Municipal People's Court, Changyi Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, and Changyi Municipal Tobacco Monopoly Bureau to carry out special rectification actions against merchants and stores around the campus in accordance with the law.
During the operation, the business license of the store was checked, and whether there were "three nos" products such as "cigarette card" and "blind card" sold in the store, focusing on whether there were illegal acts such as selling tobacco products to minors. At the same time, the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors", the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant laws and regulations were publicized to operators, guiding operators to consciously perform their main responsibilities, standardize their own business behavior, and maintain the bottom line of responsibility for the protection of minors.
During the inspection, it was found that most of the merchants were able to comply with the relevant regulations, but there were also some merchants who were lucky and sold "three nos" products such as "cigarette cards" in the store. The law enforcement officers seriously criticized the illegal merchants on the spot, requiring them to stop selling them immediately, and took photos of the products sold illegally to collect evidence and confiscate them in accordance with the law, effectively purifying the surrounding environment of the campus.
Minors are the future of the Motherland.
