The new model will be available in two models, priced at CNY 209,800 and CNY 229,800, respectively. The new car is actually a hybrid version of the Ford EVOS, which was renamed the "Mondeo Sport" after being sold as part of the Mondeo product lineup, and is equipped with a 2.0T high-horsepower E hybrid system with the same model as the Edge L, with a combined fuel consumption of 5.99L/100km under the WLTC mode.

The Changan Ford Mondeo Sport continues the overall shape and design of the Ford EVOS model, with a dynamic large-mouth mesh grille on the front face, and is equipped with the popular through-type LED daytime running lights, as well as a unique split headlight design, combined with the black lower air intake and dynamic front lip of the three-section design at the bottom, making the vehicle sporty.

The highlight of the side of the car is the fastback styling, in which the windows, roof and exterior mirrors are painted in black, and there are also hidden door handles. The rear of the car is sporty and layered, with a C-shaped continuous tail light cluster design, and a black rear spoiler at the top and bottom with a black lower guard. The length, width and height of the vehicle are 4920mm/1920mm/1600mm, and the wheelbase is 2945mm.

In terms of interior, the interior of the Mondeo Sport adopts a stepped layout and is equipped with a large screen up to 1.1 meters long, which extends directly from the main driver to the co-driver, which is quite shocking in visual effect and also enriches the layering of the interior. It is worth mentioning that the all-black interior is also embellished with red lines in the details, which further enhances the sporty characteristics, and the interior of the car also uses a large number of soft leather wrapping, and adds stitching to decorate, which also visually improves a certain sense of grade.

In terms of intelligence, the central control screen of the Mondeo Sports Edition integrates the SYNC+2.0 intelligent interconnection system, supports voice control, and also provides Baidu maps, QQ music, singing bars and other applications. At the same time, the new car also has L2 intelligent driving functions, including adaptive cruise, lane keeping assist system, lane departure warning, lane change warning and assistance, fatigue driving warning, intelligent traffic sign recognition system, active braking, blind spot monitoring system and other functions.

In terms of power, the Mondeo Sport is equipped with an e-hybrid system consisting of a 2.0T engine, an electric motor and an E-CVT, of which the engine has a maximum power of 212kW and a peak torque of 403Nm. The maximum power and torque of the motor are 140kW and 320Nm, respectively, and the combined fuel consumption per 100 kilometers in the WLTC mode is 5.99L. In addition, the new car also adopts a front MacPherson + rear multi-link independent suspension system.
