That's right, what impressed Uzbekistan in South Korea was that it signed a high-speed rail order without spending a penny, and Uzbekistan could get six high-speed trains from South Korea without spending a penny, each with seven carriages.
And these are all free, although the final price is twice as high as the mainland, as high as 1.42 billion yuan, but there is no need to pay first is really fragrant.
Not only that, but South Korea has signed 17 other infrastructure cooperation agreements with Uzbekistan, all of which cost nothing.
And when the railway is built, countries have put it into operation, and when Uzbekistan has made enough money, South Korea will charge the relevant fees, which is why the price is so expensive.
It is really because of this small means of South Korea that we have competed for the ownership of high-speed rail orders, you must know that before this, we have negotiated with Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, and the relevant high-speed rail orders have also been completed by us.
But halfway out of a South Korea, taking a huge risk to compete for high-speed rail orders, to know what the concept of zero down payment is, if halfway Uzbekistan suddenly repents, South Korea will lose a lot.
The economy of Uzbekistan is not particularly superior, and in the face of the temptation of zero down payment, it is naturally unable to hold on and hand over the high-speed rail order to South Korea to complete.
For Uzbekistan, this is undoubtedly a relief in disguise, and for South Korea, although the risk is great, it is also a great benefit.
This has a lot of room for development of South Korea's semiconductor chips and electric vehicle batteries and other resources, and if South Korea can continue to cooperate with Uzbekistan, it will be able to generate more economies in the future.
It is precisely for this reason that South Korea dared to take the risk to snatch this high-speed rail order, and we did not come forward to grab it back, but we also considered it enough.
Although the high-speed rail order is indeed very tempting, the way of using first and paying later is indeed not something that normal people can come up with, and we will not take this risk to grab an order of more than one billion.
We focus on more important things, so this matter will not affect us, but will make us feel extremely relaxed, and once the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway is completed, it will also be of great benefit to us, as if South Korea is working for us.
