On April 25, the No. 3 horizontal tunnel of the Longwu Tunnel in the 10th bid section of the Xicheng Railway undertaken by CCCC First Harbor Bureau was successfully completed.
The No. 3 horizontal tunnel of Longwu Tunnel has a total length of 543 meters, and the tunnel body is a single lane, which is an evacuation and rescue channel, and is designed according to permanent engineering. The entrance of the cave passes through the rock pile, which is mainly Quaternary Holocene alluvial coarse round gravel, gray, compact, slightly wet, grade IV soft stone. The strata of the cave are mainly sandstone, slate, gray of the Lower Triassic Jiangligou Formation, slate structure, slate structure, plate-like structure, sandstone gray medium-fine grain structure, layered structure, V. grade secondary solid stone, groundwater is not developed, and special rock and soil are not developed.
During the construction process, in order to solve the construction problems, the project team actively adjusted the process and construction method and optimized the construction organization. Mechanical excavation is used for the rock pile under the tunnel entrance section, combined with the short step excavation method, continuous research and summary during construction, and active and active communication with the owner, design, supervision and other participants, strengthen the support measures for the section under the main hole, add inverted arch and lining reinforcement, and adjust the thickness of the second lining and concrete marking, so as to lay a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of the main hole.
