Safety emergency drills
On June 28, the District Market Supervision Bureau organized Chengdu Ruiqi Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Research Institute to carry out a safety emergency drill for limited space operations in the inspection of special equipment. More than 30 people participated in the event, including the main responsible comrades of the District Market Supervision Bureau, the responsible comrades in charge, the relevant persons in charge of the special section, and representatives of some enterprises in the district.
Drill site
The drill simulated that when an inspector carried out inspection work in the equipment, nitrogen suffocation occurred in the container. In strict accordance with the requirements of "ventilation first, then testing, and then operation", the drill personnel carried out orderly emergency rescue from multiple links such as accident reporting procedures, emergency response, personnel rescue, personnel evacuation, and troubleshooting. Through the drill, the inspectors and the relevant person in charge of the enterprise are more familiar with the safety related processes of confined space operations in the inspection process of special equipment, master the basic rescue skills, and ensure that in the actual situation, they can respond calmly and quickly to ensure the safety of personnel.
Experts from Chengdu Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Research Institute commented on the drill activities, and the experts emphasized the main risk points and precautions of limited space operations in the inspection process of special equipment, and improved everyone's safety awareness of limited space operations in the inspection process of special equipment.
