The forum was guided by the Department of International Cooperation of the National Health Commission, sponsored by the Chinese Hospital Association and the Humanistic Medicine Professional Committee of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, co-organized by the Shaanxi Association for the Promotion of International Medical Exchange, and undertaken by the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University and Yulin Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University. With the theme of "Hand in Hand for a Shared Future", the conference aims to promote the high-quality development of hospitals in China, Mongolia and Russia, and explore new ideas, new methods and new paths for hospital management. Lei Chun, a member of the Party Leadership Group of Yulin Municipal People's Government, said that Yulin adheres to the principle of openness and cooperation, gathers the momentum of innovation, and seeks shared benefits, relying on geographical advantages, and has established friendly exchanges with Russia, Mongolia and other countries in recent years. In 2023, Yulin was successfully approved as the fifth batch of national regional medical centers, and cooperated with the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University to carry out joint construction. Improving the level of hospital management and better serving people's health is the common goal of China, Mongolia and Russia. Gennady Panov, a professor at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, said in his speech that China's traditional Chinese medicine culture is broad and profound, and he has been engaged in research related to traditional Chinese medicine for many years, and has carried out relevant cooperation with Chinese universities and hospitals in terms of how to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases and clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine. Focusing on topics such as improving the quality of neonatal care in Mongolia, how to reduce neonatal mortality, and standardizing the establishment of child care system, he called for more attention from the health system to the improvement of the quality of child care.
Fang Jiancheng, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, gave a lecture on the theme of "Medical and Industrial Integration, International Cooperation, and Early Screening and Diagnosis of Major Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases".
