Walking into the southern resettlement area, many resettlement houses have been capped, and the community is surrounded by landscaping, and the indoor area of the resettlement houses ranges from 85 to 110 square meters. The villagers who are about to return to the country feel satisfied after visiting the model house.
Ms. Luo, a villager representative of Renhe Zhenminqiang Village in Baiyun District, said: "The most satisfying thing is the decoration of the house. I think it is transparent from north to south, and the lighting and ventilation effect is better. ”
The third phase of the airport requisition, demolition and resettlement project involves the requisition and demolition of 62 villages in 3 administrative districts of Baiyun, Huadu and Tianhe, with about 62,000 residents relocated and 15 resettlement areas planned to be built, with a total investment of more than 100 billion yuan, making it the largest resettlement area project under construction in Guangdong Province. This year, the third phase of the airport requisition, demolition and resettlement project has entered the peak period of construction, and the investment of more than 8 billion yuan has been completed in the first half of the year.
Cui Bo, Deputy General Manager of Guangzhou Airport Construction Investment Group Development and Construction Company, said: "This year, all model communities in the third phase of the airport will be fully opened, so that more returning villagers can see the real scene of a happy home in the future. The third phase of the airport resettlement area project has fully entered the peak period of construction this year, with a total of 305 towers capped and 40 resettlement houses handed over, and 364 resettlement houses are planned to be capped this year and 75 will be handed over simultaneously. Guangzhou Airport Construction Investment Group will accelerate the fulfillment of the promise of the villagers to return as soon as possible, and provide a solid guarantee for the completion and operation of the third phase of the airport expansion project in 2025. ”
The owner of the project said that through the pilot trial of the third phase of the resettlement area of the airport, the implementation path of using the surplus resettlement housing as affordable rental housing will be explored, and the integration and fusion of urban renewal and affordable housing will be realized.
