On June 30, 2024, Zhou Xiaoming, chief photographer of Yangzhou Zhenzhou Mansion and Yizheng Grand Wharf, excerpted the information released on the WeChat public account platform of "Ningyang Intercity": With the roar of the reverse circulation drilling rig, the first pile foundation of the Tianyi section of the Ningyang Intercity Railway Project was successfully drilled. This is another construction area of the project after the Puxi Station, Yipu section and Puyang section, and the pile foundation construction stage has officially entered the stage.
The length of the project line is 11.88 kilometers, the whole section of the viaduct in the construction area, including two stations and three sections, the main construction content is the bridge pile foundation, bearing cap, pier stud and other projects, the construction is complex and diverse, with the characteristics of large project scale, large management span and high construction accuracy requirements. The Tianyi section is the construction area from Tianning Avenue Station to Yizheng Development Zone Station, which intersects with Mintai Avenue, with large pedestrian and vehicle flow and high risk of safe operation. The first pile foundation is the right line 59# pier, with a pile length of 43 meters and a diameter of 1.25 meters.
In order to ensure the smooth drilling of the pile foundation, the project management team actively connected with relevant units, coordinated the synchronous construction matters, and after the review of all parties, the construction was carried out after the first pile foundation was mature. At the same time, the project strictly implements the requirements of fine management of the project, carefully organizes personnel, machinery and equipment, and materials to enter the site, strictly controls each process of pile foundation drilling, and fully does a good job in the technical and safety disclosure of operators around this safety production month activity. In the process of drilling, the construction personnel strictly control the verticality of the drill pipe and use the total station to monitor in real time, and use the mud three-piece set and other equipment before, during and after the construction to ensure the performance indicators such as mud specific gravity, viscosity, sand content, etc., and use the ultrasonic hole detector to detect the pile diameter, pile depth, verticality and sediment thickness after the hole is formed, so as to ensure the safety and stability of the pile foundation hole.
Up to now, the project has successively realized the physical engineering construction of four areas: Puxi Station, Pu Xuan Section, Yipu Section, and Tianyi Section, among which Puxi Station first completed the construction task of all pile foundations, and Yipu Interval took the lead in entering the bearing platform construction stage, and Pu Xuan Interval is undergoing pile foundation construction. In the next step, the project will continue to practice the cultural concept of "stressing integrity and striving for the first", further implement the requirements of fine management of the project, pay close attention to the key nodes of construction, make every effort to build the brand of Ningyang intercity project, and promote the project with safety, quality and efficiency.
