Qingshan District National Fitness Center is located on the northeast side of the intersection of Metallurgical Avenue and Yangang Road, adjacent to Qingshan Children's Palace in the north and Wuhan Iron and Steel Museum in the south. With a construction area of 22,000 square meters, the National Fitness Center in Qingshan District has a comprehensive hall, a swimming pool, a martial arts hall, a fitness hall and other venues, which can carry out a number of sports events and training activities such as swimming, martial arts, table tennis, badminton, basketball, volleyball, and fitness. The first floor: gymnasium, comprehensive hall, yoga room

The reception hall on the first floor covers an area of 800 square meters, and it is planned to introduce sports goods stores, light food shops, coffee shops, cultural exhibitions and other venue facilities.
Although the area of the fitness hall is not large, it is "complete", including aerobic equipment and strength training equipment, etc., to provide a comfortable and convenient environment for fitness enthusiasts, equipped with mountaineering machines, smith machines (squat racks, bench press racks and other equipment combined), big flying birds (pull trainers) and other training equipment to meet the different needs of fitness people.
The area of the comprehensive hall is set up as a children's physical fitness area to meet the physical exercise of children aged 3-12 and bring a new health experience to children. The curriculum is rich and diverse, helping children master motor skills such as running, jumping, climbing, grasping, and throwing, and comprehensively improving children's physical coordination and flexibility.

Second floor: swimming pool, martial arts hall

In order to allow swimming enthusiasts of different ages and levels to enjoy the fun of playing in the water, the swimming pool is also divided into deep water area (1.6m-2m) and shallow water area (1.2m). The difference is that the shallow water area has 4 exclusive lanes by installing cushions, which makes it more spacious and fun. The National Physical Testing Center can monitor physiological indicators such as height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, and lung capacity, as well as physical fitness indicators such as athletic ability, coordination, balance, and flexibility, so that everyone can accurately understand their physical health and personal physical function, so as to carry out targeted scientific fitness.
Fourth floor: basketball hall, badminton hall, table tennis hall
The fourth floor of the center is equipped with basketball, badminton and table tennis sports courts, with open space, bright vision, and independent locker rooms and toilets, which can be called the dream of ball lovers.
At the same time, according to the functional requirements, basketball courts and badminton courts can be converted by temporarily laying sports rubber. The north and south fields are separated by a curtain so that the two venues do not disturb each other. Next to the badminton hall is a table tennis court and 3 VIP table tennis rooms.
