According to the relevant person in charge of the Hubei Writers Association, the writer Xiao Su is the vice chairman of the Hubei Writers Association and a professor at the College of Literature of Central China Normal University. Xiao Su's short story "TaiDou" was first published in Qingming Magazine, No. 5, 2020, and subsequently reprinted by "Selected Novels", "Yangtze River Literary and Art Good Novels" and "Works and Controversies". Xiao Su is the fourth time to be on the annual list of Chinese novels, and she has previously been on the list three times with "Flower Quilt", "Drunken Madman" and "Three Beggars".

From 2000 to the present, the annual novel ranking of the Chinese Novel Society has been held for 21 consecutive years, which has had a great impact at home and abroad.
