How to wire the switch of Dapu brand, 220 volts, 0812, 45 electric pickaxe (can not be used for electric hammer, can only be used in electric pickaxe mode, can only rotate forward, can not reverse, cannot adjust speed, with lock button)?
There are a total of six wires inside, two are power cables, one is a brown wire (live wire), and the other is a blue wire (neutral wire).
The stator leads out four lines, two long lines are blue lines, and two short lines are gray lines.
The lock key switch has the characters facing forward towards itself, the lock button facing downward, and the key switch facing inward (as shown in Figure 1).
There are four binding posts for the lock button switch, and the next side of each binding post is marked: 1, 2, 3, 4, these four numbers (as shown in Figure 8),
①:
The brown power cord (live wire) is connected to the binding post marked with the number 2 of the switch, and any long blue stator wire is connected to the binding post marked with the number 1 of the switch.
②:
The blue power cord (neutral wire) is connected to the binding post marked 4 on the switch, and the remaining long blue stator wire is connected to the binding post marked 3.
③:
The stator leads out of two short gray wires, one to one side of the carbon brush holder, the other to the other side of the carbon brush holder (as shown in Figure 7).
