"One monk carries water to drink, two monks carry water to drink, and three monks have no water to drink" – the body animation drama "Three Monks" is an innovative creation of this famous Chinese folk proverb. In addition to the roles of the mischievous "little monk", the greedy and lazy "fat monk", and the "thin monk" who loves scriptures, join the "old monk" who is tolerant and kind, and plays the piano and recites the sutra.

The whole play is mainly based on body language, and only 16 words are used to unfold the plot, providing the audience with more imagination space and allowing the audience to enjoy the beauty of the drama in the development of the story. Through the interpretation of the story, the children also understand the principles of unity, mutual assistance and "people's hearts are united, Taishan moves".

The nearly one-and-a-half-hour performance made more than 900 primary and secondary school students concentrate on the audience, and as the storyline developed and changed, sometimes smiling and sometimes laughing. When the play ended, when the scene of the old monk sacrificing himself to save others in the sea of fire was played, the audience erupted into a long applause.

According to reports, "Three Monks" has been performed since 2014, covering 20 countries and 31 cities on five continents, performing 77 times for overseas audiences, and has appeared in world-renowned children's theater festivals such as Germany, Japan, Spain, Denmark and Chile.
