The first phase of the xixian energy golden trade zone has been completed and put into use, and the office buildings and industrial parks with a total construction area of about 5.2 million square meters have been put into use.
Driven by the first batch of 32 signed companies, more and more enterprises have settled in the first phase of the office and newly established enterprises, and the modern metropolitan central business district (CBD) has gradually emerged.

According to the information of Xixian New Area, the current phase II corporate headquarters and super high-rise are gathered: 17 super high-rise buildings have been introduced, including about 248 meters of Greenland Energy International Financial Center, about 220 meters of Shaanxi Jian's second headquarters, and about 180 meters of Tianzhong New Materials Headquarters.
