-rice flour

-sauerkraut

-tofu skin

-Green onion

-soy sauce

-vinegar

- Minced garlic

-chili oil

-salt

-sugar

Steps:

Step 1: Soak sauerkraut

1. Soak the sauerkraut in water to make it soft.

2. Remove the sauerkraut, wash and cut into fine strips.

Step 2: Prepare rice noodles

1. Take an appropriate amount of rice noodles, put them in boiling water and cook them, rinse them with cool water after taking them out.

2. Drain the rice flour.
