The property actively participates in the convenience service day activities of the community, collects residents' demands every month, and the "Quartet" forces hold a joint meeting through the "red property" consultation mechanism to negotiate and solve the residents' demands and the major and difficult problems encountered in community governance. For example, after a public opinion survey, the property learned that because pedestrians and electric vehicles can only share a door at the east gate of Baoxing Yuquanwan Community, there is often congestion of people and vehicles when commuting, and it is hoped that an entrance and exit will be added at the east gate and face recognition function will be added.
