Songjiang University Town, which is full of universities and is infiltrated by books, has nearly 100,000 teachers and students, and its electric bicycles are not only large in quantity and of different quality, but also have outstanding problems such as few places and many people, and difficult to park and charge vehicles.
In order to effectively strengthen the safety management of campus electric bicycles, eliminate fire hazards in a timely manner, and build a solid fire risk defense line, recently, the Songjiang Campus of Shanghai Wai Chinese University took the lead in exploring and establishing a new model of intelligent governance of college electric bicycles by the supervision of the campus's own electric bicycles and campus intelligent charging monitoring.
Archiving and intelligent management, digital empowerment
On June 21, the reporter saw at the west gate of the Songjiang Campus of Shanghai University of Foreign Chinese that many electric bicycle owners were stuck in front of the door and could not pass. This is the new change after the implementation of the self-owned electric bicycle campus management system explored and established by Shanghai Wai Chinese University recently. It is understood that the system will incorporate the electric bicycles owned by teachers and students in the school into unified management by installing chips and binding temporary license plates, standardize the use of electric bicycles in the school through induction into the school, intelligent supervision, etc., and effectively solve the pain points in the early inspection such as illegal parking of electric bicycles occupying fire passages and zombie cars being difficult to clean.
"After the unified binding, the traffic of electric bicycles in the campus will be effectively regulated through the intelligent management system of the campus's own electric bicycles, and the long-term stubborn diseases such as the wanton flow of electric vehicles, illegal parking blocking fire escapes, and zombie cars being difficult to clean up will be eliminated." Zhang Chengqiang, the person in charge of the national operation of Hello Campus, introduced that the school can not only find out the bottom number of electric bicycles owned by teachers and students in the school, and fix the car and person, but also manage the real-time order of these vehicles through the intelligent management system, and send the problem of illegal parking or overrun battery use to the owner in a timely manner in the form of text message, informing them to move the car immediately or scrap the vehicle.
"The registration binding is very convenient, and it was successfully completed in just 5 minutes after class. And with the new license plate, it's faster and easier to get in and out of the school gate! Qi Ziwen, a student at the School of English at Shanghai Wai Chinese University, told reporters that after installing a temporary license plate on campus, you can directly induce entry into the school, and the experience of electric bicycles passing through and parking on campus has been greatly improved.
Layer upon layer of solid defense, strict fire risk
In a non-motorized carport on the north side of the fourth teaching building, electric bicycle charging sockets have also quietly completed intelligent upgrades. It turns out that Shanghai Wai Chinese University has recently installed a smart charging monitoring system throughout the school, and on the basis of specially equipped with 3A-level outdoor waterproof sockets, a monitoring module has been installed for each socket, and teachers and students can use their mobile phones to scan the QR code for free charging. On the basis of the implementation of "charging people", the system can also monitor the charging time and current fluctuations of each socket in real time, and once the charging overtime or charging overload, short circuit and other emergencies, the system will automatically cut off the power and immediately alarm. In addition, the system can also automatically stop charging high-power electric bicycles or electric bicycles that do not meet national standards through the background data analysis of the dynamic monitoring system.
"At present, there are more than 1,400 electric bicycles in Songjiang Campus, and more than 1,200 smart charging sockets have been installed, which basically meets the needs of teachers and students for daily use." Gong Fan, director of the Security Work Department (Division) of Shanghai Foreign Chinese University, introduced that while strengthening the digital and intelligent governance of the whole process of campus electric bicycles through digital empowerment, the school also eliminated illegal modification of electric bicycle charging through real-time intelligent supervision of indoor and outdoor waterproof sockets in the carport, timely controlled the whole process of electric bicycle charging for teachers and students on campus, and combined automatic power failure, monitoring and alarm and other intelligent disposal and sprinkler fire extinguishing facilities to prevent fire risks at all levels.
Subsequently, Shanghai Wai Chinese University will further improve the "white list" mechanism of electric bicycles on campus, and try to introduce rental electric bicycles for teachers and students to choose, further optimize the management of campus electric bicycles through the combination of dredging and blocking, and build a solid fire safety defense line in an all-round way.
