Zhaopin.com recently released the latest issue of the "Recruitment and Salary Report of Chinese Enterprises". According to the report, in the fourth quarter of 2023, among the 38 core cities monitored, the average recruitment salary of enterprises was 10,420 yuan/month, an increase of 3% from 10,115 yuan/month in the previous quarter, and a slight decrease of 1.3% compared with the fourth quarter of last year.

From the perspective of the quantile of recruitment salary, the 25% quantile of recruitment salary of enterprises in 38 cities is 6,000 yuan/month, the median is 8,166 yuan/month, and the 75% quantile is 12,000 yuan/month.

According to statistics, Shanghai ranked first with an average monthly salary of 13,888 yuan, ranking first for four consecutive quarters, Beijing ranked second with an average monthly salary of 13,552 yuan, Shenzhen ranked third, with an average monthly salary of 13,067 yuan, and Hangzhou ranked fourth, with an average monthly salary of 12,143 yuan.

Suzhou, Nanjing, Ningbo, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Zhuhai and other cities are also in the top 10 in terms of recruitment salaries, with an average salary of more than 10,000 yuan and a median salary of 8,500-9,000 yuan. In addition, Wuxi, Dongguan and Foshan in the eastern region, as well as Wuhan, Changsha, Hefei and Chengdu in the central and western regions, are still relatively high.
