On June 27, the serpentine tube "Digital System Zhilian Factory" built by Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Dongfang Electric Group, was officially put into operation. This is the first intelligent factory manufactured by the core component of large-scale clean and efficient power station boilers in China - "high-temperature serpentine tube", marking that Dongfang Boiler continues to be at the forefront of the industry in the field of intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation.
As a model project of multi-process integrated intelligent manufacturing of complex products in the field of large-scale energy equipment manufacturing, the factory widely applies a new generation of manufacturing technology and information technology, integrates a digital material preparation center and a digital tube-screen automatic production line, and provides data support for a comprehensive grasp of the factory's operation status and intelligent decision-making. It has realized the automation of production planning, pipe processing, welding processing, online detection and material transfer, and built a new mode of serpentine pipe "ferrule" production. It is reported that under the new production model, the digitization rate of equipment has reached 100%, and the per capita output value has increased by 250%. Through the construction of the serpentine advanced scheduling system, the detailed operation plan is automatically generated, and the scheduling efficiency is increased by 300%. In view of the difficult problem of multi-objective optimization of discharging in the industry, the discharging algorithm was broken through, and the automatic discharging of serpentine pipes was realized, and the discharging efficiency was increased by 200%. Three intelligent warehouses for raw materials, before welding, and before bending are built to solve the common pain points of the industry such as turning materials, finding materials, and waiting for materials, and the material turnover rate has increased by 300%.
