Solidly promote the construction of the system and improve the level of management and control, the factory adheres to the work idea of "paying equal attention to medical treatment and prescription", earnestly helps grassroots units to diagnose and solve deep-seated problems, and traces the shortcomings of the whole chain in accordance with the "post - team - unit - operation area - professional department", solidly promotes QHSE internal audit, improves the level of safety control, and the problem rectification rate reaches 100%. We have done a good job in supervising the listing of "low, old and bad" problems, and consolidated the rectification effect of the negative list, and have completed the rectification of 18 items with a total of 1,602 problems.

Through the concerted efforts of the grassroots level of the organs, the expected remediation goals have been achieved, and a total of 10 hidden dangers have been completed.
Highlight the source prevention and control and promote the standardized management of environmental protection, the plant actively coordinates the oil and soil reduction target, decomposes and compacts the responsibilities layer by layer, adheres to the monthly clearance system, and decomposes the indicators layer by layer to the person, so as to ensure that the oil and soil quantity indicators are hard to decline, and the amount of oil and soil produced is reduced by 986 tons year-on-year. Do a good job in environmental protection control of sensitive areas, solidly carry out the management of environmental risk areas, organize 6 operation areas to make well location distribution maps of sensitive sections for the 482 environmentally sensitive wells identified, put the wall on the wall, stipulate listing inspections, standardize daily management, actively prevent environmental risks, and eliminate risks and hidden dangers from the source.
To ensure the health of employees and escort the health of employees, the plant has done a good job in the health examination of all employees and the detection of the damage site, and completed the physical examination of 458 people exposed to noise, gasoline, hydrogen sulfide and other victims, and 231 times of physical examination of personnel exposed to radiation. We have done a good job in intervening for high-risk groups, established electronic health records for 2,862 people, with a filing rate of 100%, and participated in the filling of health questionnaires by more than 93%. We have done a good job in the construction of health huts, equipped with 11 tools such as intelligent oxygen inhalers and cardiac defibrillators, and arranged medical staff to conduct two-day consultations and two-day front-line consultations every week, with a total of 471 patients.
In line with the working idea of "building a single well site, an oil and gas field station, and an operation site in batches", the plant extended the standardized construction of the well site to the rural road section with relatively large traffic and people flow, and encircled and painted a total of 298 wells, fully implemented the HSE standardization construction at the operation site, and created 12 standardized teams, and installed gantry safety placards, street lamp pole vertical slogans, and eaves safety quotations for 14 oil and gas stations. Through the construction of HSE standardization, we will condense the spirit of entrepreneurship of all employees, and guide all employees to go to standard posts, speak standard words, and do standard work.
Strengthen process control and strictly prevent risks and hidden dangers, the safety department of the plant supervises production and operation throughout the year, carries out "four noes and two straights" night inspections, and reports typical problems at monthly production meetings. For the units with low quantitative rankings, the three supervision groups take turns to guide and help and improve their supervision capabilities. At the same time, we will strengthen the quality supervision of the wellbore in an all-round way, carry out the "off-the-job training for serious violators" every quarter, consolidate the responsibilities of all employees, and further improve the professional level of safety management personnel.
