Yanqi County Market Supervision and Administration Food Safety Supervision and Sampling Information Notice

Recently, the Yanqi County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized food safety supervision and sampling, and sampled 29 batches of samples of edible agricultural products and catering foods, and found that 4 batches of samples of 1 category of edible agricultural products were unqualified. The main problem found was that the residues of pesticides and veterinary drugs exceeded the standard.
1. The problem of excessive pesticide and veterinary drug residues
(1) The ginger and clothianidin sold in the supermarket of Yanqi Xinmen Department Store in Bazhou, Xinjiang do not meet the national food safety standards.
(2) The acetamiprid sold at the Shiyu convenience store in Yanqi County, Bazhou, Xinjiang, does not meet the national food safety standards.
(3) Chlorpyrifos does not meet the national food safety standards for the oil cabbage (common cabbage) sold in Yanqi Han Guiqin Vegetable and Fruit Store in Bazhou, Xinjiang.
(4) The nectarines sold in Yanqi Sanwei Vegetable Store in Bazhou, Xinjiang, carbofuran do not meet the national food safety standards.
For the substandard food found in the sampling, the Yanqi County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has urged the relevant departments to immediately organize and carry out the disposal work, find out the flow of products, and take measures to control the risk such as removing and recalling substandard products; Violations of laws and regulations shall be strictly dealt with in accordance with the law; Promptly publicize risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal to the public.
