Peanuts, almonds and coconut milk all come with a mellow, sweet, smooth taste. Sweet teeth for me, this time, without added sugar.

Southern apricot, also known as sweet almond, tastes slightly sweet and delicate. Northern apricots, also known as bitter almonds, have a bitter taste and are more medicinal.
Supermarkets and e-commerce can be bought, note that the north and south apricots are not the "American big almonds" that are usually eaten!
This can be made for 2-3 servings
raw material:
50 g peanuts
30 g south almonds
300 ml coconut water
500 ml milk
method:
1. Wash peanuts and almonds and soak for 1 hour.
2. Place peanuts, almonds and coconut water in a blender and beat into a pulp. Here I am using a hand-held stir stick.
3. Pour into a small pot, add milk, bring to a boil on high heat, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Coconut milk I generally use this.
Hot ice food is acceptable.
