Since November 2023, the Administrative Examination and Approval and Government Service Bureau of Tuoxian County have taken the lead in launching Tuoxian's own government service brand "Proper Handling Government Service + E Service" in the city in combination with the promotion of Mengsuban, and signed a government service agreement with the county rural commercial bank and telecommunications company, opening a new government service model of tripartite cooperation between government, bank and enterprise.
Tuo County has built a three-level linkage network system of county, town and village (community) grass-roots assistant agency agency, and set up a working group headed by the leader in charge of the county government and the main persons in charge of the county's resident enterprises, rural commercial banks, telecommunications, mobile and Unicom operators as members. 38 new "government service + e-service" assistant agency work outlets were opened, 87 new assistant agency staff were added, the total service outlets increased from 142 to 180, and the total number of assistant agency staff reached 364.

According to the relevant policies, the Tuoxian Administrative Examination and Approval and Government Service Bureau shall formulate a relevant work system for government service + e service assistant agency, clarify the service content and scope, work process, job responsibilities and service specifications, etc., so that government and enterprise matters can be organically integrated, double guidance and double promotion, establish a performance appraisal system for government service assistant agency, quantitatively evaluate the work effectiveness, and promote the continuous optimization and improvement of work.
