The event was hosted by the Political and Legal Committee of the Gulou District Party Committee, undertaken by the Party Working Committee and Office of the Ministry of Water Street, and co-organized by the Education Bureau of Gulou District of Fuzhou City, the Water Department Police Station of the Fuzhou Public Security Bureau, the Fire and Rescue Brigade of Gulou District of Fuzhou City, and the five communities and other relevant departments.
Lin Huazhi, executive deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Gulou District Party Committee, delivered a speech at the event. Midsummer is approaching, in order to improve the safety awareness and emergency response ability of the majority of residents, the program invited fire experts from the Gulou District Fire Brigade to teach first aid knowledge, and interact with the audience to experience the use of escape ropes.

The police also publicized to residents that this year, the streets of the Ministry of Water are equipped with strong community-level patrol prevention and control teams, and the police will lead the team to conduct 24-hour uninterrupted patrols in the jurisdiction.
After receiving feedback from residents about neighborhood conflicts, the legal commissioner put forward opinions from the legal perspective and suggested that the other party apply for further mediation at the community's comprehensive management center on weekdays.
