On June 21, CNOOC Development announced that the company's board of directors recently received the resignation report submitted by Ms. Meng Yuli, the company's chief financial officer. Ms. Meng Yuli applied for resignation from the position of chief financial officer of the Company due to work adjustment, and will no longer hold any position in the Company after her resignation. In accordance with the provisions of the Company Law, the Articles of Association and other relevant laws and regulations, Ms. Meng Yuli's resignation report shall take effect from the date of delivery to the Board of Directors.
In addition, on June 19, the company held the twelfth meeting of the fifth board of directors by means of communication, and deliberated and passed the "Proposal on the Appointment of Senior Managers". Nominated by the general manager of the company, and approved by the remuneration and nomination committee of the board of directors and the audit committee in advance, the board of directors agreed to appoint Ms. Chong Xiaojie as the chief financial officer of the company, and the term of office will be from the date of deliberation and approval of the board of directors to the date of expiration of the term of the fifth board of directors.
