The plot ratio is 1.65, the building density is 38%, the green space rate is 20%, and the building height is 55 meters. There are 762 parking spaces for motor vehicles, including 34 above ground and 728 underground. The entrance and exit of the motor vehicle is located on the east side of the plot.
