On the occasion of International Children's Day, the Beiwei Road community invited Shao Mei, the prosecutor of the Municipal Procuratorate, to Jiangdongmen Primary School to carry out the "Prevent Bullying and Let Childhood Shine in the Sunshine" rule of law propaganda activity, which introduced in detail the common types, behaviors and legal responsibilities of school bullying, and at the same time simulated the coping strategies when encountering bullying with students in the form of scene interpretation. Advocate that students unite and fraternize, properly resolve daily conflicts, do not be perpetrators, nor victims, let alone indifferent bystanders, be messengers of justice, consciously resist campus bullying, and grow up healthy and happy under the sunshine of the rule of law.
In view of the security risks that students may encounter when surfing the Internet independently during the summer vacation, the Beiwei Road community invited prosecutors to go into the campus to carry out the rule of law publicity activity of "Safe Use of the Internet, Escorting Healthy and Happy Growth". The lecture is divided into three parts:
The first is to "stay away from crime and be your own little security guard". Combined with specific cases, the procurator introduced the secondary crimes such as online fraud, online consumption traps, illegal online acquisition of citizens' personal information, online dating traps and the sexual assault caused by them, and taught the students to guard the entrance of the Internet and build a security line of defense.
The second is to "resist the violence of online rumors and be a civilized and wise little netizen". The procurator introduced the legal consequences of online violence and the publication of online rumors, taught small methods for identifying online rumors, and guided students to maintain rational thinking and keen insight, consciously resist uncivilized content, not to be gullible and spread unverified information, and not to publish insulting remarks on the Internet.
The third is to "refuse to be addicted to the Internet and be a good friend of time". The prosecutor introduced the harm caused by Internet addiction to visual health, physical development, learning and thinking ability, etc. Guide students to plan their vacation time and arrange their study, sports, and entertainment time reasonably. Parents are requested to set up time management, authority management, and payment management restrictions on mobile phones and other electronic products, and cooperate with home and school to ensure that students can use electronic products in a green and healthy way.
On the occasion of the "6.26" International Anti-Drug Day, the Beiwei Road community invited prosecutors to go into the campus to carry out the "Youth Do Not 'Drug' Behavior, Safety to the Future" rule of law propaganda activities, to further enhance the ability of young people to recognize, reject and prevent drugs, and maintain a clean and healthy campus environment.
The procurator gave a detailed introduction to the types, characteristics, and identification methods of traditional drugs, synthetic drugs, and new drugs that are easy to disguise as snacks and drinks, and introduced the serious harmful consequences of drugs to individuals, families, and society. Popularize the crimes and legal liabilities involved in the manufacture, trafficking, transportation, storage, and consumption of drugs in combination with specific cases. Remind young people to establish a sense of self-protection from an early age, not to leave anything to chance, cherish life, and stay away from drugs. Do not accept food and drinks from strangers, do not buy and take "smart drugs", and do not help others carry or receive unknown items. This activity not only allowed the students to improve their awareness of drug prevention and discernment, but also made them realize the importance and necessity of anti-drug work, and consciously became "anti-drug propaganda ambassadors".
