Recently, Mr. Yang, the owner of Chang'an Yuexi, a newly built building in Shijingshan District, Beijing, reported to "Ask Beijing (Beijing News Broadcasting News Hotline 65159063) that there is an east-west road on the north side of his community - Yamen East Road. The road is about 1.7 kilometers long from Yamen No. 10 Road in the west to Zhangyicun Road in the east, and in January this year, a construction sign was set up on the road, which indicated that the road would be renovated from January 4 to September 12. But Mr. Yang said that nearly half a year has passed and there has been no sign of construction on the road.
Mr. Yang: Originally, this road may be able to pass two cars, such a wide road, in the future he hopes to be able to build a two-way 6 lanes, he will expand to such a wide in the future, and then he may now set up about half of the fence, but there is no mechanical equipment in the construction of that half of the fence, just the fence repaired.

Mr. Yang said that the roads that have not been repaired are very narrow, and there are often temporary parking vehicles on both sides, which has a certain impact on everyone's travel.
Mr. Yang: If this road is not repaired now, there is only a small narrow road that can barely stagger two cars. And now these two narrow roads are full of these makeshift parked vehicles, and you know all of a sudden there's something urgent, fire trucks, ambulances, whatever, it's going to be very difficult to get in anyway.

The reporter also called the construction party of the road, Beijing Municipal No. 4 Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., and the project leader said:
Project Leader: Now the West Road of the Heavy Machinery Factory is being repaired in the west, because the part to the east involves a requisition and demolition of the territory, the parking lot of the Jinghan Community that has now been occupied, and the No. 29 Courtyard of Babaoshan, some of its annexes, as well as some demolition problems in Fengtai District, which has not yet been handed over. There are no houses, no walls, no parking lots and so on (which will block the road construction process), and after he demolishes it, he hands over the site to me, and then I organize the construction.

Neighborhood Committee: The temporary parking lot is being relocated
For the parking lot mentioned by the road construction party, the "Ask Beijing" reporter also called the community neighborhood committee of the Jinghan Xucheng community to which it belongs, and the staff said that the temporary parking lot is indeed within the red line of the road construction and needs to be relocated, and this work is already being done.
Neighborhood Committee: At that time, in order to solve the problem of parking in the community, the developer and the government asked the property to enclose this area, so that the people could use it first (as a parking lot), and when the road would be repaired and when it would be returned. Now that the road is going to be built, we want to make room for this road to be built by the family, so what will we do with our cars? Now we are moving all the cars parked on the south side of the fence to the current fence, either to build a parking lot, or to move the cars to the small parking lot over there, and then to build this road.
