"Evaluation of the highest quality level of China's municipal engineering" is organized and implemented by the China Municipal Association, which is the highest honor in the municipal industry in mainland China in terms of engineering quality, aiming to select the most advanced engineering projects representing the domestic municipal industry in the same period. The comprehensive development project of the Central Park and Underground Space of Xixian Energy Golden Trade Zone stands out from many participating projects with advanced design concepts, excellent construction quality and people-oriented art and cultural display.

The project is located in the core area of energy finance and trade in Xixian New Area, which is an important node in the "Belt and Road" international exchange and cooperation in the "Greater Xi'an New Center and New Axis Comprehensive Plan", and is the core of the Fengwei Delta in the north of the new axis of the Greater Xi'an New Center. The land area of the project is 141293 square meters (212 acres), and the total construction area is 116785 square meters (of which areas A and B are constructed by Liujian Group). The project has complete engineering facilities, and the ancillary buildings and outdoor environment meet the design and specification requirements; All kinds of waterscapes and architectural sketches are novel in shape, and the landscape bridge is beautiful and practical, and can be integrated with the surrounding environment. The completion of the project will create a public open area of urban green space for the core area of the Energy Golden Trade Zone, which will boost the development of Xixian New Area, and move forward as a demonstration area for the ecological pastoral new city and cultural innovation development that will drive the opening of Greater Xi'an to the west, and lead the innovative urban development mode of Greater Xi'an and even the whole country.
This award is the second time that Shaanxi Construction Sixth Construction Group has won the highest national quality award in the municipal field after the "Yan'an Baota Mountain Scenic Area Protection and Improvement Project" won the highest quality level evaluation of China's municipal engineering in 2023.
