When the same code corresponds to multiple models, and the same model needs to use the same image, the naming and classification of files are particularly important. Imagine how inefficient and frustrating it would be if every search for a file was like searching for a needle in an endless sea of numbers. However, now with our file batch renaming master, everything will be easy and fun!
Material Analysis:
There is a folder under the main folder with a folder called "Camera" with multiple images with universal encoding
THERE IS ALSO AN EXCEL SHEET WITH INDIVIDUAL MODELS AND COMMON CODES
Requirements: The general code is the picture file name of the camera, and the same picture should be used for the same model, for example, there are 3 models of the same code, and three pictures should be copied, which are the names of the models.
Steps:
1. Because the letters in the file name are lowercase, and the letters in the file name in the table are uppercase, the letters in the table should be changed to uniform lowercase to facilitate processing
- Enter =lower(B2)" in the C2 cell of the EXCEL sheet, and press the Enter key to execute the command to generate lowercase letters
3. Place the cursor in the lower right corner of the C2 cell and drag it to C17 to autofill, and successfully generate the corresponding lowercase general code with one click
4. Create a new folder in the same location of the "Camera" folder and name it "Destination Location"
5. Next, create a new subfolder in the "Destination" folder and name it "iqoo11" in lowercase letters
6. Open the file batch name change master software, enter the file batch management task section of the file intelligent management box, switch the task name to "Include by file name" and "File copy or move to destination folder", and then click Add files in the folder on the original file name list
7. The window of browsing the folder will pop up, select the entire folder of "Camera", and you can import multiple pictures in it into the original file name list
8. Then copy "iqoo11" in cell C2 of the table and paste it into the blank box corresponding to the software, that is, the task is set to "copy or move files with iqoo11 file name to the destination folder"
9. Remember to select the location where you want to save the destination folder, enter the "Select" window, and set it as the "iqoo11" subfolder under the "Destination" folder
10. After confirming that the task is set, click Add this task, send it to the task list under "Group (other groups are OK)", right-click the task, and select the Copy Task option in the drop-down list
11. Paste the copied classification task into the D2 cell of the table with one click, for example: =Categorize by file name<fileren>< > copy the file name: [{contain}] keyword: [{iqoo11}] to the destination folder: [{D:\4\New folder\new folder (2)\target location\iqoo11}], and do not delete the files in the original destination folder before executing.
12. Adjust the task parameters, such as:="Categorize by file name<fileren><> copy the file name:[{contain}]keyword:["&C2&"}] to the destination folder:[{D:\4\New Folder\New Folder (2)\Destination Location\"&A2&"}], and do not delete the files in the original destination folder before execution. After the adjustment, press the enter key to complete the command
13. Put the cursor in the lower right corner of the D2 cell and pull it down, drag it to the D17 cell, you can achieve auto-fill (the purpose of this operation is to copy a copy of each file to the specified folder, and the effect is a name and a folder, and there is a file in it)
14. Select the generated task data from D2 to D17 and right-click on it, and select the copy option from the drop-down list
15. Go back to the software, click the Clear Task button, clear the tasks in the task list, right-click the Paste Task option in the drop-down list, and paste the copied multiple tasks into the software task list with one click
16. Click the start execution button, and soon you can generate the specified files by copying the specified folders, which are automatically classified and saved by a group of files and one folder. Now the name of each new folder is "Model", but the pictures in it are still "General Code", and we need to change the name of each file to the model number.
17. Enter the "File Batch Rename" section of the software, select the "Select Files in a Single Folder" button under Add Folder, pop up the Browse Folder window, and select the "Destination" folder
18. You can import all the subfolders with the specified name under the folder into the software, and you can see that the original file names are displayed one by one according to the serial number
19. Toggle the naming method to Custom and select the "Directory Name" option in the drop-down list for the new file name
20. Then tick the "Hide Number" option, now we can preview each new file name, confirm that the name is correct, and click the Start Name Change button
21. Soon the renaming is successful, open the folder to view, the file name is the same as the directory name, and the file under each specified model is the same as the corresponding folder name
22. Now you need to put these files in the same folder, open the folder in the destination location, and enter "*" in the search bar on the right (the * sign represents to find all files, enter "*" to find all folders and files with one click)
23. Select all of these image files and right-click on them, and in the drop-down list that appears, select the "Cut" option
24. Go back to the parent folder and paste these picture files under the "Destination Folder" with one click
25. We open the subfolders under the "Destination" folder to see, each subfolder is empty, and each picture in it has been cut into the destination folder
26. Finally select all of these subfolders and right-click, select the "Delete" option from the drop-down list to delete them in one click
