Li Encheng is a member of the Chinese Artists Association and the director of the Exhibition Department of Shandong Painting Academy. He is a member of the Presidium of Shandong Artists Association, Vice Chairman of Shandong Young Artists Association, Distinguished Tutor of Sketching Training Course of Shandong Artists Association, and member of the Presidium of Jinan Artists Association.

Li Ming: Li Encheng, Han Bin and Chen Tao are all from Shandong, and have been influenced by Qilu culture for a long time, imperceptibly, adhering to their unique character and norms, both simple and upright, but also restrained and elegant, and the so-called traditional artistic spirit is vividly embodied in the three of them. Like-minded, but also into the original, with the text into the painting, this is also what I particularly admire. The 56 flower and bird paintings on display today bring together the meticulous works of the three artists, fully demonstrating the artistic conception and feelings, composition and layout, brushwork and brushwork, color and color of modern realistic flower and bird paintings.
Jia Guangjian: These young painters are all young artists who have made their mark in the Chinese art world. I went to the exhibition hall and felt a very fresh atmosphere. Several young artists use freehand painting to express their understanding of themselves, society, nature, and life. Through these works, they convey some of their daily understanding and thoughts on Chinese painting.
Wang Mingming: I am very happy to be able to participate in the exhibition of Li Encheng, Han Bin and Chen Tao, I feel that the three of them are talented and very profound, and each of them pursues their own style in different directions. Many artists are exploring the development of freehand painting in Chinese painting, and through the exhibition of the three of them, I feel that Chinese freehand flower and bird painting is a successor.
Mo Xiaosong: We have a very good relationship with the three painters, and we usually communicate with each other when we see each other, but Li Encheng's works are from the bits and pieces of life, to taste carefully, rather than to paint with a notebook. Han Bin is also very familiar to us, although he is young, he is also very heavyweight. I feel that Chen Tao's works are also very good, and he can inherit the atmosphere of Ming painting, which I think is a particularly good start.
