Recently, Louis Koo was filed in the High Court by Tang Caizhi, chairman of Sun Entertainment Culture (now known as Guangshang Culture Holdings 08082), to recover 8.3 million yuan from him. Louis Koo is alleged to have cooperated with Tang Caizhi Investment Company in 2013 and 2014 to distribute fashion and catering businesses, during which time Louis Koo borrowed $8.3 million from Tang for capital injection, but has not yet repaid the loan.

Since the incident, Louis Koo faced the media for the first time before, and when asked by reporters about his response to the debt collection incident, the conference signaled that he wanted to leave on the grounds of rushing to the entrance to thank the tickets, but the reporters on the scene tried to ask questions but did not respond, and the interview was interrupted. Afterwards, Louis Koo reissued a response saying: "I will deal with it with the lawyer, and I will not respond."

In 2013, he cooperated with Tang Caizhi, chairman of Guangshang Culture, to invest in a fashion distribution company and a Chinese restaurant, but the other party filed a lawsuit with the High Court on the 12th to recover 8.3 million yuan in arrears from him, and asked the court to declare that Louis Koo held half of the investment equity for Tang Caizhi in the form of a trust, and was responsible for providing share accounts and transferring shares as requested.

In 2013 and 2014, Louis Koo and Tong joined hands to invest in a fashion distribution company and a Chinese restaurant in Causeway Bay, spending a total of HK$25.7 million, with two companies under Louis Koo's name holding investment shares. It is alleged that Louis Koo's loan and investment from Tang Caizhi was not repaid, and Tang Caizhi went to the High Court to recover the arrears of 8.3 million yuan from Louis Koo.

The plaintiff is Tang Caizhi, and the defendants are Louis Koo and his company, Cool Label Limited. According to the report, in mid-2013, Tang Caizhi agreed to invest HK$16.6 million in a fashion brand company owned by Louis Koo, and Production Power Limited, a company wholly owned by Louis Koo, purchased 49% of the shares of the fashion brand company, and the investment amount was divided equally between the two, so Louis Koo held about half of the shares of Production Power Limited on behalf of Tang Caizhi in the form of a trust.

In October 2014, at the suggestion of Louis Koo, the two invested in the operation of the Chinese restaurant together, and purchased 70% of the equity in the name of Cool Label Limited for HK$9.1 million, and the two shared the investment amount equally, and Cool Label Limited held half of the shares in trust on behalf of Tang Caizhi.
