Li Xudan, an outstanding young actor of Shanghai Yue Opera Theater and a descendant of the "Wang School", held a press conference here for the CD and vinyl of the latest Yue Opera album "Dan Heart Song". Wang Zhiping, the artistic director of "Dan Heart Song" and the performance artist of Yue Opera; Ji Xiaoling, artistic director of Shanghai Audiovisual Publishing House and vocal music educator, and Qian Huili, a Yue Opera performance artist, all came to the scene. Li Xudan is a descendant of the "Wang (Wenjuan) School" of the Shanghai Yue Opera Theater, and was taught the art of the Wang School by Wang Wenjuan, a Yue Opera master, Wang Zhiping, a Yue Opera performance artist, and Zhao Shiying, a Yue Opera actor. This "Dan Heart" is her first solo album. The album includes the excellent repertoire sung by Li Xudan on the stage of Yue Opera in recent years. Among them, there are such as "Dream of Red Mansions", "The Legend of Chunxiang", "Meng Lijun", "Chasing Fish", "The Story of the West Garden", "The Emperor and the Village Girl" and other "royal school" art classics.
