On May 10, the right line of the DN4000 pipe jacking project of the Haiwen North Road project was successfully completed by the third company of CCCC First Harbor Bureau, marking the successful completion of the pipe jacking construction task of the project.
The pipe jacking project adopts the concrete pipe jacking section with an outer diameter of 4.7 meters and an inner diameter of 4.0 meters, which is the largest diameter circular pipe jacking in China, with a total length of 220 meters, passing through the water-rich strata dominated by sand and silty clay, and passing through the existing Baiju Avenue, the main road of the city, which has the characteristics of large diameter of pipe section, shallow burial depth, rich groundwater content, water stop between pipe nodes and difficult control of surface settlement.
In order to ensure the construction quality and safety of the project, the Haikou Land Project Department actively connected with the owner, designer, team and other parties in the preliminary preparation process, held technical seminars, and continuously improved the technical reserves. In the process of jacking construction, the project team made full use of the existing resources, combined with the existing construction experience, and increased mud replacement measures by reporting contact sheets and other methods to avoid quality risk points in advance; Through the use of sand and gravel separator to treat mud, hole excavation and water stopping, road guidance, 24-hour on-site duty and other methods, successfully overcome many difficulties such as rich groundwater content, small thickness of pipe section covering, great impact of the dynamic load of the upper road on the construction, and difficult control of surface settlement, effectively reduce the safety risk in the construction process, ensure the orderly connection of various processes, and lay a solid foundation for the completion of the key node of the "six-to-six creation" labor competition of the Haiwen North Road project.
