The most talked about Chang'e-6 is its landing on the far side of the moon and its return with lunar soil, its unique landing and re-entry technology, and the participation of many countries in Chang'e-6's scientific research activities.
In this Chang'e-6, in fact, in addition to the mainland, Pakistan, the European Union, France and other countries have participated. Most importantly, the mainland did not charge these countries for "free-riding" the Chang'e-6 scientific research activities, but only asked these countries to share some data on scientific experiments on the moon.
This kind of behavior was originally recognized and thanked by many participating countries, after all, if you want to start this kind of cooperation with other countries, you usually have to pay money. For example, if France wants to achieve a US launch vehicle or participate in the US lunar exploration program, it needs to pay a certain fee to the United States, and the same is true for India and seven other countries to cooperate with the United States to complete a manned lunar landing.
But what people didn't expect was that the head of the European Aviation Agency recently said that although they participated in the Chang'e-6 project, it did not mean that they would automatically join the follow-up project, and whether the follow-up project would participate would be decided according to the performance of the Chinese side.
In fact, participating in the Chang'e-6 project does not mean that you will participate in the follow-up project, and it is not surprising that the project that does not participate in Chang'e-6 can choose to join the follow-up project. What makes people dissatisfied is the attitude of the European Aviation Agency to deliberately explain, as well as the "arrogance" of "watching your performance" in and out of the words.
This feeling is like when we usually invite others to dinner, and after the meal, the person who treats us says: Although you invited me to dinner this time, I came, but I may not come next time, it depends on your performance, and whether your attitude is sincere. This high-minded attitude is like what an honor it is for someone else to invite him to dinner.
It is a similar situation in this case, just as the European Aviation Agency's participation in the mainland's Chang'e-6 and subsequent projects has brought many benefits to the mainland's Chang'e lunar exploration program, and there are problems that the continent cannot solve can only be solved by turning to the European Aviation Agency to help solve them.
There is no doubt that the European Aviation Agency certainly does not have this kind of confidence today, and the European Aviation Agency will most likely not be able to solve the problems that the continent cannot solve. With the development of China's aviation technology, although it is not much ahead of the European Aviation Agency, it is basically at the same level of magnitude.
It can even be said that judging from the achievements of China's Tiangong space station, Queqiao relay satellite, Beidou navigation system and other projects, compared with the corresponding projects in Europe, in fact, the technical level and achievements of the mainland are ahead of the European Aviation Agency.
In fact, it is not difficult to see from the public information that the mainland and the European Aviation Agency have been cooperating a lot. However, judging from the previous cooperation or preparatory cooperation, the attitude of the European Aviation Agency seems to have been so "high".
In the beginning, Europe will ask us to help launch satellites, that is, using the continent's Long March series of launch vehicles. However, at that time, Europe actually had its own similar technology, but considering various things such as cost, it finally chose the mainland's Long March series launch vehicles, which is actually not much.
However, even if we need our help in this kind of cooperation, the attitude of the European Aviation Agency is not very good. The most infuriating thing is that at first Continental intended to develop a satellite navigation system together with the European Space Agency. In the beginning, there were only GPS in the United States and the GLONASS system in Russia.
At that time, the mainland decided to build its own navigation system, after all, the United States would choose to cut off the supply of satellite navigation from time to time, especially the Milky Way, which also made the mainland make up its mind. The Russian side of the GLONASS system was not very accurate, and the asking price with us was particularly high at that time.
It just so happened that the European Aviation Agency also felt that it should build its own satellite navigation system, so Continental chose to cooperate with the European Aviation Agency. However, what people did not expect was that after hearing the news that the mainland wanted to cooperate, the attitude of the European Aviation Agency was that it hoped that China would spend billions of dollars on technology research and development, but the developed technology would not be given to us.
It is precisely because of this that the mainland began to independently develop the Beidou navigation satellite system. As we all know, GPS in the United States is still the most widely used in the world, and the satellite navigation systems in Russia and Europe are mainly used in their own countries, and no other country chooses to use them.
The mainland's Beidou navigation satellite system has been recognized by many countries for its excellent performance, and now hundreds of countries have chosen to use the Beidou navigation satellite system, with more than 100 million users and hundreds of billions of revenue for China.
There is no doubt that it can be seen from this incident that although the European Aviation Agency will cooperate with the mainland in the aviation field from time to time, its attitude has not been very good.
