This competition simulates the service scenarios of real elderly care institutions, focusing on the professional knowledge, basic nursing, rehabilitation nursing, emergency response and other abilities of the participants. Each contestant must complete the practical content of the three modules of life care, basic care and rehabilitation care within 30 minutes. The competition is carried out in strict accordance with the high standards of the national competition, and the competition standards are formulated based on the national vocational skill standards for elderly care workers (level 3/senior worker), and the competition questions are unified by the expert propositions organized by the organizing committee of the competition, including basic care, rehabilitation services, training and guidance, etc. The competition has set up a competition organizing committee and a competition working group, including a competition expert group, a referee group, an arbitration group, an examination affairs group, a secretary group and an equipment logistics group, etc., to ensure that the competition is fair, just and professional.

It is understood that the competition set up 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, the top six will be awarded the title of "Nanhai District Technical Expert" by the Nanhai District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the honorary certificate will be awarded. For those who have not won the above awards but are within 50% of the total number of finals, and the results of each subject are qualified, the winners can be awarded, and with reference to the relevant provincial regulations, they will be awarded the vocational skill level certificate of elderly care worker (level 3/senior worker) issued by Foshan Technician College in accordance with the relevant requirements.
