This semester, Xuanwu Special School's education and scientific research successes have been reported frequently, and a group of outstanding young teachers have achieved excellent results in the evaluation of topics and papers at all levels.
The department assists the project hosts to carry out project guidance and training at all levels, and contributes to the research and professional development of teachers. This semester, Xuanwu Special School has completed 4 projects, and after several years of research and practice, rich results have been achieved.
Last semester, Xuanwu Special School had 1 provincial-level project and 1 municipal-level project successfully established, and the research is currently being carried out in an orderly manner. In addition, this semester, there are also a number of young teachers in Xuanwu Special School who have successfully established district-level projects.
In order to further improve teachers' scientific research ability, stimulate academic enthusiasm, and create a good academic atmosphere, Xuanwu Special School has invited experts to the school for guidance. Senior professors in the field of special education have been invited to the school to guide the monograph "Regional Practice of Value-added Evaluation of Students with Special Needs", the editors of "Modern Special Education" have been invited to the school to guide their dissertations, and the teachers in charge of the district education and science institutes have been invited to the school to carry out educational case writing and exchange activities.
This semester, the school regularly holds regular scientific research meetings for young teachers to understand the questions and confusions of teachers in scientific research work, and to exchange cutting-edge hot topics in teaching and research. Answering questions and solving difficult problems in teaching and research work, such as literature search, education case writing, project report writing, etc., provides comprehensive and detailed guidance and help for teachers, and guides and encourages teachers to actively participate in paper competitions at all levels.
Under the leadership of the school's teaching department, the young teachers of the school are determined to forge ahead, and the papers of this semester are quite fruitful.
Teaching and research should grasp the characteristics of the discipline and the frontier of research, enhance the awareness of problems, and strive to explore real problems. In the future, the department will continue to attach importance to the cultivation of young teachers' innovative spirit and practical ability, vigorously promote the research paradigm combining theory and practice, focus on the difficult and hot issues in the education and research of students with special needs, think carefully, practice attentively, and concentrate on real research and research, so as to continuously improve the quality of education and scientific research in Xuanwu Special School, and promote the comprehensive, healthy and appropriate development of students with special needs.
