· Wonton skin can be bought directly or made by yourself. I generally use the following ratio:
400g of ordinary flour, 150g of water, 3g of alkali, 2g of salt (if you don't like the taste of alkali, you can put less or no alkali) for your reference.
If you make a lot of wonton skin at one time, you can freeze it in the refrigerator and take it out to thaw naturally before use.
