In order to further standardize the service order of the property industry in our district, improve the property service level and owner satisfaction, and continue to promote the normalization of community co-construction, co-governance and sharing. Each sub-district office will score and grade the property project on a monthly basis in combination with the comprehensive management of the property project, order maintenance, sanitation and cleaning, maintenance service and immediate handling of complaints.
The assessment and evaluation of A-level property service projects, low-ranking property service projects and administrative penalties in April 2024 are hereby announced as follows (in no particular order):
The assessment and evaluation grades are divided into:
A、B、C、D四等
A grade above 85 (inclusive) is awarded
A score of 75 (inclusive) - 85 points is grade B
A score of 60 (inclusive) - 75 points is grade C
A score of less than 60 is a D grade
