It is important to check whether the layout of the production and processing site is reasonable, check whether the purchase channels of small workshops are legal, whether the certificate and ticket request are sound, whether the system is perfect, whether the health certificate of food processing personnel is within the validity period, and whether the environmental sanitation of the business site meets the regulations. At the same time of inspection, remind the person in charge of the supermarket and the farmers' market that the temperature is high in summer, and the food is easy to deteriorate, so the store should be stored in strict accordance with the storage requirements, pay attention to the "three prevention" facilities, and effectively implement the "two responsibilities" of food safety. A total of 15 small workshops and 33 food business units were inspected.
At the same time, consumers are reminded that when buying zongzi, they should see the relevant marks on the outer packaging, check whether the packaging is complete, whether the vacuum packaging is flatulent and leaky bags, and do not buy "three no" products.
