The 2024 college entrance examination will be held from June 7 to 9. In the past few days, inspectors of the Jing'an District Fire and Rescue Detachment have carried out special inspections on fire safety at 8 college entrance examination centers in Jing'an District to create a safe examination environment for candidates.
During the inspection, the inspectors learned about the fire safety management and emergency evacuation plan formulation during the college entrance examination at each college entrance examination center, and inspected the teaching building, monitoring room, electric bicycle garage, canteen and other key parts of the test center.
The inspectors require that each test center should carry out self-inspection on its own fire safety management work system, emergency plan, and operation of fire protection facilities, conscientiously implement fire safety inspection measures, and eliminate potential safety hazards.
During the inspection, the fire department reminded all test center schools to do a good job of fire safety self-inspection and self-improvement, focusing on inspecting key parts such as student dormitories, kitchens, laboratories, and electric bicycle garages, keeping evacuation channels unblocked, and ensuring that fire and electricity are standardized.
According to reports, during the college entrance examination, the Jing'an District Fire and Rescue Detachment strengthened cooperation with public security, education and other departments, improved the emergency response plan, made full preparations for emergencies, and escorted candidates to take the exam smoothly.
In addition, the fire department also reminds parents who drive to take the test to do a good job in the safety inspection of the vehicle sent to the test, park the vehicle in the parking lot in an orderly manner in accordance with the regulations, prohibit blocking the fire escape, and jointly maintain a safe and smooth order.
